Please understand our policies are binding and cannot be changed
under any reason, except highly exceptional circumstances.
Deposit Policy: Minimum 3-night deposit (USD) is required. For The Beach Villa deposit information please see below. Visa, Master Card and American Express Credit Cards are accepted. We do not accept personal checks. Payment is due upon arrival and is non-refundable.
Fort Recovery Hotels & Resorts Cancellation Policy
Between April 15th to December 17th:
A
3-night deposit is required to secure all reservations. Cancellation
of your reservation must be received no later than 30 days prior to the
arrival date or be charged for 3 nights plus credit card charges.
No shows and short stays (3 nights
and less) will
result in full forfeiture of the entire stay.
Between December 18th to April 14th:
A
3-night deposit is required to secure all reservations.
Cancellation
of your reservation must be received no later than 60 days prior to the
arrival date or be charged for 3 nights plus credit card charges.
No shows and short stays (3 nights
and less) will
result in full forfeiture of the entire stay.
The Beach Villa 2008-2010:
A
50% deposit is required to secure
reservation. Cancellation of your reservation must be received no later
than 60 days prior to arrival date or forfeit deposit which may be
applied toward a future stay within a year.
